Misty Crick-Goodman

I became a Licensed Esthetician back in 2013 completely by accident…
but also by providence.

I am ever so grateful things happened
the way they did but it sure has made
for one crazy journey to
where I find myself today.

In October 2021, I decided to further
my education to become
a Licensed Electrologist* (CA).
Unfortunately at the time there were no electrology
schools in Washington, Oregon or Idaho.
So what’s a girl to do?

I took a leap of faith, hopped in my car,
drove 900 miles away to school in
Monterey, California and lived with
complete strangers for
two and a half months.
It was an amazing experience!
One I’ll never forget!

How I got to where I am today is very personal
and I look forward to sharing more of it
with you when I meet you in person
if you would like to hear it.

I hope my story inspires and encourages you to do big things in this world even if they are well
outside your comfort zone.

I share this life of mine with my
husband Jim and three goofy doggos
(Archer, Bruce and Gracie)!
In addition, I have three adult children
and two grandchildren,
all of whom I love very much!

I’ve spent my whole life here
in Washington and the Pacific Northwest
will likely always be my forever home.
I have come to cherish this beautiful
state and all it has to offer.

When I am not working, I enjoy camping
at our property near Ocean Shores,
painting, listening to music, watching
documentaries and spending quality time
with friends and family.

*Washington is an unlicensed state, which
means it does not regulate the practice of
electrology through licensing.
